Junior Level Service Desk Support (Level 1) - Security Clearance Required
We are seeking a Junior Level Service Desk Support Staff (Level 1) to join a prestigious government department project through a leading global IT services provider. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Triage and categorise support requests efficiently
* Provide first-line support to end users, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Troubleshoot technical issues independently and escalate where necessary.
* Work collaboratively with the wider IT team to ensure seamless issue resolution
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Service Desk / IT Support role (preferred but not essential).
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
* Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
