An outstanding opportunity for an HR Manager has arisen to join a leading international manufacturing business based on the Isle of Wight.
Reporting the the CEO, this is a high profile role, acting as a conduit to the international group, comfortable working at Director and Senior Manager level bringing new ideas and solutions to our company culture.
This is a broad strategic HR generalist role, key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
2. Provide HR metrics and data-driven insights to management for strategic decision-making.
3. Promote learning culture, promoting continuous learning
4. Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, advising on disciplinary actions, grievances, and dismissals.
5. Support employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and job satisfaction.
6. Contribute to succession planning and workforce development, ensuring future leadership pipelines.
7. Monitor employee absence and return to work interviews
8. Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances, concerns, and workplace issues.
9. Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, job descriptions, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
