The Role As Senior Quality Manager, you will lead all quality assurance and control activities across the business.
You’ll work closely with manufacturing teams to optimise processes, ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards, and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities Lead the quality team, driving performance and fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce non-conformance rates.
Act as a key interface between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on all quality matters.
