We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior experiential Producer to join a growing team at this lovely creative studio who specialise in brand experience. (Please only apply if you have this experience)
As a Senior Producer, you’ll play a key role in delivering world-class creative experiences, collaborating with a talented team of creatives, technical experts, and production specialists. You’ll work closely with the Executive Producer and help bring exciting projects to life, from start to finish.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage everything from creative vision to technical execution, guiding multidisciplinary teams and working directly with clients to bring ideas to life.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead Project Delivery: Oversee 1-3 projects or workstreams at once, ensuring they’re delivered successfully by managing budgets, schedules, and team workloads.
* Team Coordination: You’ll bring together a diverse team of Creative Directors, 2D/3D Animators, Tech Leads, Designers, Developers, and more. Your leadership will ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all disciplines.
* Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, presenting work, gathering feedback, and managing expectations. You’ll champion our creative process and ensure clients feel informed and involved at every step.
* Problem-Solving: You’ll be a key decision-maker, finding creative solutions to challenges that arise and communicating effectively, even under pressure.
* Deliver with Passion: We’re all about delivering the best creative work, and you’ll be passionate about finding smart, efficient ways to do this—maximizing both time and budget.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary client contact, keeping them updated and managing feedback to keep projects moving forward.
* Keep track of project budgets and proactively address any potential overspending, keeping the Executive Producer informed.
* Create and maintain clear timelines, ensuring milestones are met and flagging any delays early on.
* Break down complex briefs and feedback into actionable tasks for the team, ensuring everyone has clarity and support.
* Request necessary resources from the Resource Manager and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Lead daily stand-up meetings and share progress with the team to keep everyone aligned.
* Share key learnings and insights with the wider team to continuously improve processes.
* Keep the team motivated, escalating any issues that could impact the project’s success.
* Ensure the highest quality standards are met across all deliverables.
* Organize and lead weekly status meetings with internal teams, Account Managers, and the Tech Team.

* Knowledgeable About Display Solutions: You understand different display technologies, including projection, LED, and VR.
* Team-Oriented: You’re a team player who also knows how to work independently.
* Familiar with Paprika: Experience with Paprika is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
