Teaching Personnel are recruiting an ALN Teaching Assistant in the Pembroke area. Teaching Personnel work with a partner secondary school in Pembroke, who are always on the lookout for additional support for children with additional learning needs. This opportunity could be the starting point for someone who is looking to work in education.
The Ideal ALN Teaching Assistant will have experience with:
- Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Dyslexia
- Dyspraxia
- Multi-Sensory Impairment (MSI)
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Profound and Moderate Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties
ALN Teaching Assistants will:
- Have experience of working with children with additional learning needs
- Have a confident and friendly personality
- Possess resilience to overcome challenges
- Remain calm in stressful situations
- Demonstrate empathy and care for the children they support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
