We are seeking a skilled and strategic People Business Partner to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving people-centric initiatives that align with our organisational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
* Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and talent development
* Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
* Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
* Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
* Collaborate with the HR team to improve policies, processes, and employee experience
* Act as a coach and mentor to managers, supporting their growth and effectiveness
* Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive organisational culture
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* CIPD qualification preferred
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on business partnering
* Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and implementing successful HR initiatives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
* Expertise in change management, employee relations, and performance management
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Experience in talent management and organisational development
* Ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
