As a Customer Service Assistant, you will welcome the community into the facility, whether that be a seasoned gym-goer or somebody making their first steps into the facility. We strive to provide a warm, friendly welcome to all.
Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will build your knowledge of what’s on offer at the name of centre so that you can share this with our users. No two days will be the same as you interact with a wide range of centre users. We can offer full on-the-job training and career progression opportunities within the company to ensure you grow as we do.
If you want to progress further, we will support this through additional training; both formal and on-the-job will be key. However, we also appreciate that not everyone wants to ‘move up the ladder’ and that’s absolutely fine with us. What is really important is that you are happy in your work.

Hours: 18.75 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
1. Experience of serving customers in a face-to-face environment.
2. Able to promote services and sell the different products that Freedom Leisure offers.
3. The skill to establish key relationships swiftly and appropriately.
4. High level of professionalism and integrity, enthusiasm, and motivation.
5. Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally.
6. Highly organized with good attention to detail.
