Position: Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) Location: Shropham, Norfolk Salary: £48,000 per annum Benefits Including: Employee Discounts, Free Parking, Gym membership, Company pension scheme and more. Shift Pattern: Two week rotation Week 1: Monday to Friday, 05:00 - 15:00 Week 2: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 02:00 One Saturday in four: 06:00 - 12:00 Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance and address reactive maintenance needs on a variety of poultry processing and packaging machinery, including: Conveyors Module and tray transport systems Plucking equipment Evisceration machinery Tray sealers Flow wrappers Vacuum sealers Fault finding on PLC systems Electrical installations Undertake small projects and modifications as required. Provide continuous support to production and packing departments to minimise downtime. Qualifications and Skills: NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (essential). Comprehensive understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems. Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (essential). Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematic drawings. Welding skills (MIG/TIG/ARC) are advantageous. Ready to Take the Next Step?
