Responsibilities
Conduct detailed building surveys to assess structural integrity and compliance with regulations.
Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting findings and recommendations for clients and project teams.
Advise clients on building design and construction methodologies to optimize performance and safety.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify and analyze defects in buildings and propose remedial measures for restoration or improvement.
Monitor construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Keep up to date with relevant legislation concerning building regulations and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or related field.
Professional accreditation as a Building Surveyor (e.g., MRICS or equivalent).
Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction methodologies.
Experience in conducting surveys and producing detailed reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess defects and recommend solutions.
Proficient in using surveying equipment and software for accurate assessments.
Hours Per Week: 35.00

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £39.55
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
