Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a varied caseload of personal injury claims, including but not limited to:Road traffic accidentsAccidents at workMotorbike accidentsLoss of sightHearing lossBicycle accidentsPedestrian accidentsAccidents abroad
2. Liaising with clients, experts, and third parties to progress claims
3. Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the claims process
4. Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary
Requirements:
5. Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor
6. Strong academic background with excellent legal knowledge in personal injury law
7. Demonstrable passion for personal injury work
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
