Job Title: Temporary Production Technician
Join our well-established organization in Glenrothes as a Temporary Production Technician on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a night shift role, operating on a '4 on - 4 off' schedule, averaging 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
1. Assist in the production of photomasks used in semiconductor manufacturing.
2. Read internal databases and follow detailed work instructions.
3. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work areas and foster a sense of ownership.
Candidate Profile
We value the right attitude as much as technical skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, flexibility, reliability, and conscientiousness. Key competencies include:
* Minimum of 5 standard grades of 3 or above, including English and Maths.
* National 5 qualifications in the relevant subjects.
* A relevant NC/HNC qualification.
* Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and manage time effectively.
* Logical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
* Good computer skills.
