We are recruiting on behalf of a successful distributor in Leicestershire, known for supplying high-quality products to brands and retailers across the UK. As B2C sales are expected to grow in importance for the company, they seek a dedicated and dynamic Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to boost sales and enhance their digital presence.

Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and optimise sales strategies for online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay to maximise revenue
* Manage and optimise the company’s Shopify store to improve user experience, streamline operations, and increase sales
* Plan, manage, and refine paid advertising campaigns to ensure a healthy ROAS
* Create and execute strategies to grow online sales while managing costs to maintain profitability
* Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and provide insights to improve sales performance across digital platforms
Required skills and experience:
* Proven experience in a similar ecommerce role involving Amazon and Shopify, with success in growing online sales and platform optimisation
* Strong understanding of ROAS and managing advertising budgets effectively
* Hands-on experience with Meta or Google Ads campaigns
* Strong commercial acumen to balance costs and profitability while driving online sales
* Proactive, data-driven problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of eBay optimisation (advantageous)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
