About the Team: The Supported Housing Commissioning Team manage numerous funding streams to support rough sleepers and single homeless people in the borough. These funding streams and amounts have grown over the years, which in turn, has increased the number of services and projects we commission and deliver. About the Role: The Commissioning Officer post will oversee the Vulnerable Adults’ Pathway ensuring high quality, innovative, housing-related support services which are suitable for rough sleepers and single homeless people with support needs and will ensure the best possible outcomes for them. The Commissioning officer post will also support the team in the recommissioning of services across the Pathway, ensuring Lambeth is responding to the changing needs of rough sleepers and single homeless people in the borough. This role is a 1-year fixed term post so the successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running and will have demonstrable experience within rough sleeping or supported housing. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Vulnerable Adults' Pathway, as well as producing papers, briefing notes and reports.
