With a £1M advertising budget under your control, you'll drive growth through data-informed decision making and omnichannel excellence.
Your Impact
Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets
Manage performance marketing across digital channels (SEO, PPC, affiliates, email)
Drive revenue through marketplace partnerships and wholesale channels
Optimise promotional calendars and campaigns across retail and e-commerce
Direct a £1M marketing budget to maximise ROI
Lead and develop the marketing team
Your Experience
Demonstrable experience in performance marketing, specifically in e-commerce/D2C
Proven track record in omnichannel retail marketing
Expert in digital analytics, attribution, and campaign optimisation
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management
Team leadership experience
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
