A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
To assist with providing a range of financial and clerical duties to the hospital in-patients in accordance with Standing Financial Instructions, Policies and Procedures. In particular to assist with the collection and banking of Exchequer income, petty cash, patients' financial transactions and internet ordering.
To provide an efficient and effective day to day cashiering service, ensuring all income is receipted, reconciled and banked in a timely manner.
To assist with the maintenance of, making appropriate payments from, reconciling and arranging the for reimbursement of cash floats.
To assist with maintaining in-patient financial bank accounts, processing day to day transactions and making cash payments.
To assist with processing internet orders.
To process and maintain all relevant records/documentation
