1. Support line managers with employee relations, performance reviews, and welfare matters.
2. Manage personnel records, contracts, new starter documentation, and correspondence.
3. Conduct induction and onboarding processes for new employees.
4. Coordinate staff training, maintain training matrices, and ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Handle recruitment tasks: advertising roles, CV screening, arranging interviews, issuing offer letters, and managing onboarding paperwork.
