Job Title: Structural Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and supervising structural activities on-site to ensure compliance with safety standards, design specifications, and quality.
* Managing a team of engineers and workers, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective teamwork.
* Monitoring and inspecting construction sites for structural integrity and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Reviewing blueprints and plans for accuracy, and ensuring they are followed accurately by the construction team.
* Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
* Ensuring that all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Reporting progress, challenges, and safety concerns to senior management.
* Maintaining records of daily activities, including materials used and labor on-site.
* Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
* Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA or similar) preferred.
* Proven experience in managing structural projects on-site, particularly in construction.
Skills Required:
* Strong understanding of construction methods, structural analysis, and engineering principles.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and structural plans.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making.
* Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
* Ability to work in high-pressure environments while ensuring quality and safety.
