The Transformative Marketing Campaign Manager for Cytiva is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans to support key business objectives. This position is part of the marketing communications team supporting the Genomics Medicine Business at Cytiva. What you will do: - Work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to define and prioritize marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches - Drive campaign strategy and manage marketing campaign execution in accordance with defined timelines - Build content and messaging strategy according to relevant segments, personas, and buyer's journey stages - Ensure all marketing material comply with Cytiva's brand guidelines, writing guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and work instructions for advertising and promotional collaterals - Ensure KPIs for marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches are accurately set and tracked; making optimizations and pivots to plans as needed to deliver results - Manage and evaluate relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and suppliers Who you are: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism - 5 years' experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field - Experience with a B2B business, preferably in the life sciences industry - Strong experience leading project teams and managing complex projects with internal and external stakeholders - Data-driven thinking, strong analytical skills, and detailed knowledge of marketing analytics - Proven ability to motivate, influence and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional, global teams across multiple levels (including senior leadership and executives), and outside vendors/suppliers - Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and pressure - Manage various projects independently by being agile, proactive and reactive / Ability in multitasking At Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.
