Job Description
A large AJ100 architecture practice based in Central London is looking for a Technical Architect to join their high end residential team.
About the Practice:
This renowned architecture studio is recognised for its expertise in creating luxurious and refined spaces, with a focus on high end residential projects, as well as multi unit housing projects across the UK. Known for their thoughtful approach to design and technical precision, they work on some of London’s most iconic residential transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the design and delivery of residential projects with a focus on technical proficiency, utilising advanced Revit skills to create detailed and accurate models
* Apply expertise in various architectural technologies and approaches to solve complex design challenges and deliver innovative solutions
* Lead and manage a small team of junior designers
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills with confidence working with clients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements and design standards are met, maintaining quality and project integrity
What They're Looking For:
* At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in architecture
* ARB registered - Interior Architects also considered
* Strong attention to detail, with recent job running experience on residential projects
* Proficiency in Revit
* Excellent design skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and a team
* Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Standards- experience working on site highly desirable
* Interior fit-out or refurbishment experience highly desirable
* Right to work in the UK - please note this practice can not sponsor overseas candidates
