We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the o9 Project Training Lead. SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. MDLZ is proceeding with a Smart Field approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure a successful rollout of o9 across the globe, collaborating closely with project leadership, global design, and regional delivery teams.
*** This role will be remote but must have the ability to go into office when needed; East Hanover, NJ., Chicago, or other offices in UK and Slovak Republic.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Formulate the o9 Training Strategy:
1. Formulate the o9 training strategy, approach, and curriculum for the project team, key users, and end users.
2. Oversee the design and development of a role-based o9 training program across the organization.
3. Establish clear ways of working across global, regional, and BU teams and with the vendor content creation teams.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure requirements are gathered and training content aligns with MDLZ business processes.
5. Partner closely with the S4 Training Lead for program synergies.
Training Delivery:
6. Partner with the vendor team to develop a "train the trainer" approach to equip selected individuals across different regions with the knowledge and skills necessary to independently deliver o9 training.
7. Utilize various training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and hands-on exercises, to enhance user proficiency in o9.
8. Ensure a training client with usable data is available to support training delivery.
9. Leverage MDLZ’ learning management system (LMS) to organize, distribute, and track training materials and participants' progress.
10. Implement a process to monitor the effectiveness of the training delivery and proficiency of participants.
Content Creation, Documentation, and Materials:
11. Develop and set instructional design standards and templates to ensure materials are engaging, informative and tailored to MDLZ audiences and business processes.
12. Manage the creation of o9 training documentation, manuals, and multimedia materials to support the o9 Core Model and BU/Market variances.
13. Collaborate with and manage the vendor content creation team.
14. Ensures training material is translated if it is a BU requirement.
15. Regularly update training materials to reflect system updates, enhancements, and changes.
Stakeholder Management:
16. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including SMEs, project managers, business leaders, and vendors to understand training needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
17. Build and maintain relationships with regional teams to ensure consistency in global training standards.
Performance Measurement:
18. Define, develop, and implement a process to monitor the effectiveness of training delivery and proficiency of participants.
19. Gather feedback from training participants, stakeholders, and vendor teams to continuously improve the training curriculum.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Required Experience :
20. 6+ years’ experience planning, designing, and leading training programs.
21. Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale training programs.
22. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse global audiences.
23. Partnering with leaders, building relationships, and influencing outcomes.
24. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning rapid development tools (for example Workday, Articulate, and Captivate).
25. Handling complexity, working across different geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders.
26. System implementation exposure highly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
27. Experience of o9 implementations.
Education:
28. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, communications, or equivalent years of experience.
