We are a co-educational, non-selective state boarding school, for boys and girls aged 7 - 18,. This is a boarding school with Flexi Boarding students attending from the local area and a lively community of around 400 Full Boarders, passionately involved in a wide range of after-school and weekend activities and trips.

We are looking for a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to manage reception duties and provide administrative support by handling tasks requiring generalist knowledge and skills, while also assisting the Director of Operations with daily office management. This dynamic and fast-paced role demands a high level of autonomy in scheduling and workload management.
The successful candidate will:
● Have strong organizational and IT skills, with familiarity or willingness to learn systems such as SIMS, Go4Schools, and Google Drive.
● Be confident working independently while seeking support and assistance when appropriate.
● Possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact, sensitivity, integrity, and good judgment.
● Be flexible and adaptable in managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
