As our Evening Receptionist at our Northbrook College Campuses, (the role is split between two campuses, at Broadwater and West Durrington), you will provide exceptional customer service and liaise with internal and external customers. Our Receptionist will also operate the visitors procedure, including the issuing of visitor badges. The working pattern for this role is 5pm-7pm Monday to Thursday, term time only for 36 weeks per year. (Monday and Tuesday at our Broadwater Campus, Wednesday and Thursday at our Northbrook College Campus West Durrington). As the role involves dealing with students and staff, our Receptionist will have proven communication skills, as well as excellent customer care skills. You will also be efficient in carrying out administrative tasks in a busy environment.
