The Technical Support Intern will be engaged with not only our Tech, Sales, Marketing and Operation Departments, but also external clients such as system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve Dahua business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth.
Main Responsibilities: The Technical Support Intern is required to deliver the following key tasks: Introduce new product features to the Channel Customer, help the customer to select and configure products; Respond to customers, to help solve technical problems; Training technical staff of Channel Customer’s, helps them improve the level of technology; Understand and consolidate customer demand for products and feedback to the product department for product improvement; Cooperate with sales staff, analyze the practical needs of customers, and provide a complete plan; To complete the project, the bidding work, to help customers make the tender documents, and make the project tender, according to the required standard; To coordinate resources, and provide technical support.
