Customer Services Officer - Part time - 9am - 15:30 Your new company Hays are recruiting for a Customer Services Officer on a part-time basis for a reputable organisation in Telford. This is a varied an exciting role with an immediate start. Due to ongoing growth this role has the possibility of becoming permanent. Your new role As a Customer Services Officer your role will include: Act as the ‘first point of contact’ for visitors. Assist with public enquiries and requests for information, signposting to other services as necessary/appropriate. Managing Room bookings. Maintain the bookings diary, both electronically and manually. Raise invoices relating to room bookings promptly and accurately. Photocopying. Maintain appropriate stock levels of stationery, cleaning materials and equipment, managing restocking through purchase orders where required, checking-in deliveries and organising for the settling of invoices. Provide support for events and activities. Maintain the social media presence for the organisation. What you'll need to succeed Good communicator. Able to work on own initiative. Willingness and ability to work as part of a team. IT Literate – have experience of working with Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to maintain a presence on key social media platforms.
