WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Are you ready to start or build your career in HR? CloserStill Media is looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our dynamic team! This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact in a fast-paced HR team. As the HR Administrator, you’ll be a key part of our HR operations, supporting the entire employee lifecycle and playing a vital role in maintaining efficient HR processes across our UK entity.
THE ROLE:
Recruitment Support: Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process with the Recruitment Manager.
Onboarding: Prepare offer paperwork, draft contracts, and deliver new hire inductions to help every new team member feel welcomed and informed.
Employee Lifecycle Support: Draft contractual changes, manage reference checks, and maintain electronic HR files and our SharePoint site.
Payroll Administration: Keep the payroll tracker accurate and up-to-date, ensuring everything is ready for processing.
General HR Administration: Work closely with our HR team, monitor and respond to HR queries, manage our HR system (HiBob), and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
ABOUT YOU:
At least 6 months of experience in an administrative role within HR
Strong organisational and communication skills
A detail-oriented, proactive approach to work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while handling multiple priorities
A people-focused mindset with the ability to maintain confidentiality
