As a sales consultant, your role is to build strong client relationships, guide them through the sales journey, recognise buying signals, and confidently communicate the brand’s heritage and product craftsmanship. Given the considered nature of these purchases, patience and diligent follow-up are key to ensuring an exceptional client experience. Ideally, you will have experience in jewellery sales, with watch expertise being a strong advantage.
