We are currently seeking part time driver assistance for a well known home appliance company in Carlisle.
This role is part time only, meaning you may be offered 1-5 days per week. This position is best suited to an individual that is looking for work that keeps them busy throughout the year, who is flexible on a weekly basis and only wants to be busy as and when required by the company.
Job Role:
* Answering phones and handling customer complaints, enquiries and communicating delivery frames etc.
* Managing delivery sheets and arranging in priority delivery
* Assisting the driver with GPS, phone calls and any other work related requirements
* Transport various goods into customers' homes.
* Assist with customer home clean up (removing all packaging from the customers' home)
Job Specifications:
* Starting from 7am
* Finishing times vary due to the deliveries that day
* Must be physically fit due to the weight of goods being delivered
* Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
* Must have good customer service skills and be able to relate to each customer
* Confident and professional in handling customer complaints
* ALL candidates must hold a clear DBS check on application
This is an immediate start role and will require a 4 hour induction before starting.
