Lead Teacher for ARP Available
Sebright Primary School
Required for June 2025
Mains Scale / Upper Pay Scale + SEND Allowance
Permanent Contract
The Meadow will open in Autumn 2025 and be a new feature for Sebright Primary School. Utilising an unused space in the school, the renovations will include two new classroom spaces, a variety of small group rooms, working areas and breakout spaces. The ARP will eventually be home to 24 children with language and communication needs, but intake will be gradual over the next two years.
Recruitment for our new Meadow Team is key. We have established an Inclusion Leadership Team which includes our Lucie Collins (Deputy Head Teacher), Salma Ali (SENDCo) and Rowan Tidey, appointed to the new role of ARP Lead Professional. It will be Rowan’s job to oversee the provision, making sure there is a strong link between mainstream teaching and the Meadow itself.
We wish to appoint a teacher who has skills in the area of speech and language, language and communication difficulties, and a commitment to developing strong inclusive practice. This is a blank canvas for you and the team to develop and shape your role, and be part of creating something very exciting for the school. Check out this video all about us.
