Hayley Dexis is looking for a Credit Controller to join our well-established and experienced Accounts team at our headquarters in Halesowen. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
Hayley Dexis is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables (hydraulics, bearings, fasteners, PPE, tools, lubricants, etc.) in the UK. Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays (8am-11am).
Responsibilities for our Credit Controller:
1. Chasing debt on approx. 850 live accounts by phone, email, and chase letters.
2. Liaising with customers and branch personnel to resolve invoice queries.
3. Obtaining credit checks from Experian on new customers and customers requesting increased credit limits.
4. Handling referrals to debt collection professionals.
5. Various other tasks relating to Credit Control.
Skills & Attributes we are looking for in our Credit Controller:
1. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Credit Controller role.
