Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of Sales Development Advisors, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance Drive sales by promoting and upselling maintenance plans to new and existing customers across GB and Ireland Monitor and report on campaign successes, providing insights for continuous improvement Work collaboratively with Account Management and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations Ensure excellent customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and NPS scores Maintain a positive and motivated team environment, fostering a strong team ethos Promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards What Were Looking For: Experience: Previous sales experience is essential, with a proven individual sales record and outbound sales experience Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong ability to close sales professionally and effectively Communication: Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills Results-Driven: A track record of delivering results in a timely and professional manner Organisational Skills: Strong planning and time management abilities Customer Focus: Ability to provide outstanding customer service with high attention to detail IT Proficiency: Experience with MS Office and Sage is crucial Resilience & Initiative: Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
