Specialist nurse across the region ensuring consistent quality care for patients throughout the south-west. To be responsible for coordinating, planning and implementing expert nursing care providing support pre, peri and post the transplant period. To provide support and counselling for patients, their families and their donors. To be an expert resource and facilitator to educate and train other health care professionals.
