Part Time Client Bookkeeper job opportunity based near Harpenden
Our client is a well-established accountancy firm based just outside of Luton. As a Client Bookkeeper, you will be working with a varied client portfolio covering tasks such as bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounts, payment processing, and financial forecasting. You will be ideally skilled in cloud-based bookkeeping software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing management accounts from client records.
2. Posting entries and reconciling accounts for management reporting.
3. Maintaining clients' cashbooks using various software systems.
4. Assisting in VAT return preparation and analysis.
5. Communicating effectively with clients to resolve queries.
This role can be on either a Part Time (c25 hours) or Full Time basis. Free on-site parking is available in a rural setting, so a car is required to get to the office.
