We may have the role for you About WMPF WMPF is one of the UK’s largest pension funds providing local authority pension benefits for employees across the West Midlands. We manage and administer the pension interests of over 330,000 scheme members, 800 employers and currently have over £20 billion in assets under management. We are recruiting for a Member Support Officer to join our continually growing Member Service team. Our brand-new offices are based at the i9 building in Wolverhampton and is an excellent location for transport links by car, bus, train and tram. What the day will look like responsibilities include: To design and produce presentation slides for the Member Relationship Officers to use and other marketing materials for Fund events. To assist the team in launching Webinars across the Fund’s employers. To present at small events delivered to employees, employers or representatives and provide front facing support to members of the fund both at Fund events and visitors to the Fund. To assist with ensuring that material for the Fund’s website and member literature is up to date and relevant. To research, target and deliver individual pension meetings to members who work in hard to reach areas across all our employers. To establish partnership working arrangements with relevant organisations in both the private and public sectors to enhance a front-facing service. About you This is a job for someone who is highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines. An excellent communicator as this role will present to small groups, engaging with members and supporting events. Why choose the West Midlands Pension Fund?
