EVENTS AND CUSTOMER TRAINING CO-ORDINATOR – CASTLE DONINGTON
THE ROLE
As the Events & Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing and customer training events with an emphasis on organising well planned and well executed, exhibitions and training events, on time and on budget. The focus of the role will be to create, administer and help deliver events that reflect our quality as a market leader in the industry! In time, you will also assist the Marketing Manager in various tasks, including social media/email campaign management/creation.
Day to day you will report directly to our Marketing Manager, as well as working closely with the wider Marketing team and Training department. The role also provides an excellent opportunity to develop close working relationships with our External Sales Teams and various roles across the Senior Management Team, for the successful delivery of Marketing and Customer Training services across the UK.

We deal directly with trade professionals and distributors in the UK and provide industry leading training, sales and technical support across 5 branches. KEY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITES
As you can tell our intention isn’t to overload you with information! This role has a variety of key skills and responsibilities. Involved in the planning of all CAME UK family group events and exhibitions, carrying out the administrative tasks such as booking stands, completing exhibitor manuals, ordering items for stands, communicating event details to staff attending and ensuring equipment and literature are ready before each event.
* Manage all customer training requests for the CAME UK group.
* Produce data capture reports for the sales team after each exhibition and distribute to the relevant people.
* Assist Marketing Manager with brochure stock in all UK branches and distribute where needed.
* Arrange catering and equipment needed for each scheduled training day.
* Book and administer all hotel booking requests across the CAME UK group for training, meetings, and events.
Additionally, we envisage this role growing overtime to incorporate Marketing Campaign management responsibilities, such as:
* Manage and schedule social media posts and email campaigns across platforms alongside design team
* Support Marketing Manager to create email campaigns across CAME brands
* Support Marketing Manager to write product and sales copy for case studies email campaigns, social media, websites, and newsletters.
* Support video content creation on internal projects and occasional external case study site visits
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, providing insights for improvement
WHAT CAN WE OFFER TO YOU?...
We are offering a basic salary of £25,000 per annum (dependant on experience) as well as a £1,200 per annum companywide bonus scheme paid every quarter.
* Company Pension - matched up to 5% by the company.
* 25 days annual leave with bank holidays on top, increasing to a maximum of 28 days per year with length of service!
