As an HR Advisor, you will be a key member of the Human Resources service, providing proactive advice on a range of employment-related issues. Your expertise will guide HR policies, procedures, and terms and conditions, ensuring an efficient and effective service at all times.
Your role will focus on early and informal resolution of employee relations issues and conflict resolution, offering professional support to employees and managers, helping to navigate the complexities of HR with ease and confidence.
Working in collaboration with the Head of Human Resources, you will champion staff development and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation. You will also contribute to organisation-wide initiatives and activities such as Equality and Diversity, Staff Engagement, Staff Development, Policy Development, and Health and Wellbeing.
Minimum Requirements
1. Level 5 CIPD qualification or higher
2. Experienced HR Generalist with a solid foundation of HR principles
3. Recent generalist HR experience in a large organisation, encompassing a wide array of HR tasks including policy development, implementation, and casework
4. Skilled in developing and delivering training interventions to staff and managers
5. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex information effectively and persuasively, with a talent for negotiation and influence
6. Independent worker, proactive and self-motivated, with a flexible approach to adapt to changing situations and the initiative to respond to immediate requests
