As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors within the organisation. You will be responsible for a range of tasks such as:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors
2. Handling customer queries via phone and email
3. Arranging meetings
4. Ordering office equipment
5. Printing, photocopying and filing
6. Keeping records up to date
