Team – CRM - Marketing
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in either the Vitality Bournemouth or London offices. Full time hours.

At Vitality, our focus is on engaging members in the Vitality Programme to help them live healthier lives, with diverse campaigns including discounts, prize draws, and health tips.
We're big on personalisation and segmentation to meet our members' needs, using data intelligently. You'll collaborate with Marketing and other teams to deliver impactful campaigns, supported by CRM, design, and copywriting teams. Reporting skills are essential, with analytics support available.
Our brand identity is unique, avoiding stock photography and insurance jargon. While email is our primary communication channel, we also use SMS and push notifications. If you have experience with these, that's a bonus!
Key Actions
Strategy
Provide advice to stakeholders throughout the end-to-end campaign process around segmentation, design, expected engagement and automation.
Support the Senior CRM Marketing Manager in the creation and implementation of the CRM marketing strategy leading to development in process, best practice and innovation.Execution
Identify and implement opportunities for enhanced personalisation to drive increased engagement.
Manage stakeholder relationships to get the best results from campaigns.
Identify and develop testing opportunities and methods to optimise campaign engagement.
Continuously develop and grow the creative approach of Vitality comms alongside our design team, while keeping within our brand guidelines.
Identify and implement change around opportunities for automation to remove manual processes.
Take an innovation first approach to Vitality comms utilising internal experts, AI and first party data to drive decision making.
Regularly communicate campaign schedules to business areas to make sure demand is planned for.
Manage relationships with other cross functional teamsBest Practice
Attend internal or external webinars, conferences, seminars or courses as appropriate to keep up-to-speed with the latest evolutions with comms trends, data protection and GDPR best practices.What do you need to thrive?
Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation/Query Studio
Proven experience in data segmentation and complex dynamic content rulings (SFMC rule builder or AMPScript)
Competent understanding and implementation of SQL
Hands on experience with HTML – high level of understanding and confident in editing/troubleshooting
High attention to detail across data, design and copy
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
