Account Management Team Lead
Our rapidly growing Herefordshire based client is seeking an experienced Account Management Team Lead to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage a busy, growing team of ambitious and service-driven professionals to provide retention and growth to customers, ensuring a well-oiled sales process and exceptional service delivery.

What you will be doing:
1. Maintaining excellent relationships with customers to provide world-class service & communications
2. Team supervision - guiding & mentoring the account management team
3. Performance Management - Setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and leading daily/weekly huddles to discuss any customer challenges/scenarios to support a seamless experience for customers
4. Resource Allocation - Ensuring the team is appropriately staffed to meet targets
5. Delivering on 'standards of practice' - Driving GP growth with exceptional service & retention
6. Managing customer quote opportunities in the pipeline and diligently following up to build on growth
7. Identifying new opportunities within our customer base through interactions or social media, and feeding them to relevant sales reps/BDMs
8. Overseeing quote requests/opportunities to ensure that all areas are actioned within 60 minutes where applicable
9. Achieving consistent sales results and hitting monthly targets
10. Aligning with our core values using Salesforce CRM tools to ensure all relevant interactions are documented
11. Working with other departments where applicable to deliver on the needs of our clients
12. KPI Tracking - Monitoring KPIs & customer satisfaction scores, revenue growth, retention rates & team productivity
13. Onboarding new team members and training them through all processes correctly
14. Reporting to senior team leaders regarding team performance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement - promoting ongoing training and implementing improvements to team processes
What we are looking for:
1. Demonstrated progressive account management/sales supervisory experience desirable
2. Strong administration experience across ERP, CRM, and reporting within a sales environment
3. Client-focused mindset, prioritizing client needs & satisfaction in decision-making
4. Strong organizational and leadership abilities to motivate, inspire & guide the team to meet business objectives
5. Problem-solving abilities to address & resolve team or client issues quickly & efficiently
6. Tenacious with the flexibility to adjust strategies based on the situation and customer feedback
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Willingness to be office-based in Hereford
