This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business with a clear focus on employee development, progression, and technical excellence.Role Overview:As a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing small works, plumbing remedials, and plant room fit-outs. While M&E skills are core to this role, technical support and training will be provided to help you upskill in more niche services, ensuring you have the opportunity to grow and expand your expertise.Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately estimate costs for small works, plumbing remedials, and plant room fit-outs.
2. Work closely with the project management team to ensure pricing aligns with project requirements.
3. Provide technical support and advice on M&E systems and solutions.
4. Use estimating software to produce detailed quotations.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during the estimation process.
