The HR and Compliance Officer is a key role Responsibilities
* Managing and being responsible for your own bank of candidates, taking them from the initial point of registration to fully clearing the candidate to be compliant to work in schools
* Chasing references, accuracy and efficiency of work and hitting targets and KPIs
* Supporting and motivating the whole team
* Work with the management to maximise the team performance to help the business continue to grow
* Auditing files to ensure that team accuracy is at the expected standard
* Being involved with the company safeguarding processes e.g. DBS referrals
