Salary: Up to £23,088.00 pro rata per annum
Contract: Full time and part time positions available – 6 month temporary post
Working hours: Days, nights, and weekends – examples of support sessions are: (8am – 10.00pm/ 8.00am-3.00pm/ 3.00pm – 10.00pm/ 9.30pm – 8.00am).

About the Role:
Person Centred Values are essential in order to improve the quality of life of vulnerable adults in delivering a PBS approach to the role. The role would involve administering medication when trained, completion of covid cleaning rota, supporting customers on various activities, bowling, swimming, cycling, and shopping. Being a good communicator is essential as well as being organised, motivated, and able to multi-task.
In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence.
Your Responsibilities:
Enjoy variety within your role and have a flexible approach to working.
* Be proactive in your role and enjoy accessing the community with people you support.
You will be required to support male adults in their home who require support with personal care, meal preparation, accessing their local community, and support with their hobbies and appointments.
What We Need from You:
A valid driving license is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate must have a good work ethic and be able to support adults with both learning disabilities, mental health, and physical disabilities. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training and mentoring will be provided.
