This is a varied and dynamic role, providing key support to the Sales Director and wider sales team. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the preparation and submission of tenders Overseeing the sales inbox and keeping track of the Sales Director’s emails Gathering and sharing updates from distributors with the sales team Organising and refining CRM data while creating essential sales documents Maintaining pricing records and adding new products to supplier price lists Providing general administrative assistance, including diary coordination What We’re Looking For: Strong commercial awareness and business acumen A confident, proactive approach to work Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced sales team Full UK driving licence and vehicle required due to office location and limited public transport links
