What you’ll do: Raise Purchase Orders through our finance system for materials and other purchases. Prepare internal finance recharge journals Undertake individual & consolidated invoicing via clients CAFM system (OSTARA) & RFMs Internal System (Access Dimensions) Month End population and review of contract variance analysis (P&L) Review invoice queries and work with Finance and Commercial Team Communicate with our Engineers, Operations teams, and Subcontractors. Process work-based paperwork and save documents against our systems. Provide administration support to operational colleagues as required. Maintenance Team payroll processing What you'll have: Proven work experience in Finance / Administrator or similar role Previous Facility Management experience Familiarity with accounting procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations Able to work effectively within a team and / or without supervision.
