We're looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Analytics team, with a sharp focus on supporting our Customer and Digital Marketing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to turn rich customer data into actionable insights, helping us deliver smarter, more personalised marketing across all digital touchpoints.

What you'll be doing:
* Act as a key analytics partner to our Customer and Digital Marketing teams, providing deep analysis of campaign performance across email, push, in-app, and other digital channels.
* Use customer behaviour data to optimise segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies.
* Define and track KPIs that matter - from campaign engagement to customer lifecycle outcomes.
* Support A/B testing and test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve marketing performance.
* Build and maintain clear, self-serve dashboards (using Metabase) that surface insights in real time.
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Collaborate with our Data Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines, models, and platform integration.
What we're looking for:
* 4+ years' experience in a data analyst or BI role, with a strong background in marketing analytics.
* Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets.
* Hands-on experience with BI tools (Metabase preferred, or others like Power BI/Tableau).
* Familiarity with customer engagement platforms (Braze or similar) and CDPs (like Hightouch or Segment).
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - you're just as comfortable in dashboards as in team meetings.
* Commercially minded, analytically curious, and driven to deliver insight that drives impact.
Bonus points for:
* Experience in retail or eCommerce marketing.
* Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimental design.
* Previous support of CRM, performance marketing, or loyalty initiatives.
