Linsco are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to work join an existing site team on a project in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high level construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full fit-out process, ensuring smooth project delivery.
2. Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site.
3. Ensure health & safety compliance at all times.
4. Monitor project progress, quality, and deadlines.
5. Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
6. Problem-solve and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently.
7. Liase with the client on all aspects of the project
8. Excellent communication skills
Requirements:
✅ Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
