In the Senior Account Executive role, you’ll drive our presence and expansion by engaging with Fortune 500 brands and their agency partners, connecting with key decision-makers across the UK and Europe to unlock new business opportunities and deepen client relationships.

Job Overview:
The Senior Account Executive will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle, focusing on building and maintaining a substantial portfolio of clients and agencies across the UK and Europe. This role will be critical for unlocking new business and strengthening existing client relationships to forge strategic partnerships and driving growth. The Senior Account Executive will report directly to the President of GlassView for day-to-day operations, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Founder & CEO.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Own a portfolio of key GlassView clients and act as their daily point of contact
* Translate client needs and project objectives into actionable strategies with the AdOps, US & APAC based Account Management teams, and Executive teams
* Develop a deep understanding of GlassView product offering, advertiser KPIs and digital media landscape
* Develop a strong understanding of GlassView’s value proposition and become an expert in our product offering (current and future)
* Prospect, lead new business meetings, drive new RFPs, and build a client portfolio within our ideal customer profile
* Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the GlassView service offering and competitive landscape
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients
* Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
* Help break into new expansion markets
* Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
* Ensure customer and market needs requirements are collected and pushed to the relevant internal teams to address market expectations
* Use Salesforce and other sales tools, build prospect lists and craft outbound messaging
Requirements & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree (in marketing, business, or communications is a plus)
* 3-5+ years of experience in Ad Sales or Ad Tech
* Proven success in generating and growing client relationships
* Understanding the full scope of a client’s marketing objectives
* Ability to work as a strategic partner with clients to deliver on specific goals
* An excellent communicator: specifically, strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication to convey information clearly and concisely
* Relational; ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, as well as work with and influence all levels within a global, matrixed environment
* Required - Microsoft Office, Google Apps
