We are looking for a hands-on experienced COMPLIANCE OFFICER who is confident with CQC Regulatory Compliance, Assessments, Medications, and Health and Safety.
With substantial relevant experience and outstanding people management skills, you must have the ability to build effective relationships within the teams and create and maintain strategies within branches in order to fulfill their full potential.
Working closely with the Operational Managers and Compliance Team, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of the company's business growth, maintenance, and development.
Compliance Officer Essential Criteria:
1. Experienced in caring for older people, learning disabilities, mental health, autism, and other complex needs.
2. A capable and confident leader with the drive and interest to grow and shape a team.
3. Experienced in working within a successful Homecare Service.
4. Confident in your knowledge of CQC Regulations and Compliance.
5. Passionate about delivering safe, first-class, person-centred care.
6. A positive motivator and leader.
7. Completed Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent.
8. Hands-on team player who will not shy away from challenging situations.
9. Unflappable and able to deal with pressured situations maturely and calmly.
10. Well-organised and familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Roster/ECM Systems.
11. At least 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant and Senior Care Assistant.
12. Someone who is driven and passionate about field-based compliance.
