Role Description:
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operation across all our outlets, including our Italian Restaurant il Pampero, The Bar and Terrace, room service and banqueting. You will lead and inspire a diverse team to ensure a seamless and consistently outstanding guest experience, while driving revenue, managing budgets, and maintaining the highest levels of service and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest dining experience, increase profitability, and optimise service delivery.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the F&B team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain high-quality standards and innovate menus.
* Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure all health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations are strictly followed.
* Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
* Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Support in planning and execution of special events, conferences, and banqueting operations.
* Recruit, train, and develop team members, maintaining high performance and engagement.
About You:
Previous experience in a similar Food and Beverage Role within the 5-star hospitality industry (minimum 23 years preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Flexible, intuitive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service
Excellent understanding of F&B operations, service standards, and guest expectations in a luxury setting.
Passion for hospitality, with a genuine commitment to delivering five-star service.
Flexibility to work across evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
