This position reports into a Senior Customer Development Manager within our Pharmacy Team and is based at High Wycombe.

What You Will Do
Reporting into an SCDM you will be responsible for Well Pharmacy and some of our Regional Pharmacy Partners having direct responsibility for the performance of our full portfolio with this customer.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP)
2. Full forecasting and spend management, making accurate forecasts to your business team and Commercial Excellence contacts
3. Responsible for building positive and collaborative relationships with your customer contacts, and representing your customers’ requirements to the Kenvue business
4. Building and supervising a Joint Business Plan to ensure delivery of key metrics for the Kenvue and business partner
5. Develop a solid understanding of the market and keep track of the market activity to share information regarding changes or new activity in the marketplace
6. Identifies and progresses incremental growth opportunities within your business which is a fast paced and progressive landscape
What we are looking for
The successful individual will have excellent business partnering, analytical and communication skills.
You will have experience within the FMCG environment and be able to demonstrate the following:
1. A proven track record of strong commercial performance from sales, profitability and share points of view
2. Strong commercial acumen and excellent numeracy and analytical skills
3. Experience of running a whole account or at least 1 category within a large account
4. Ability to identify sales-driving opportunities and drive business effectiveness
5. Ability to engage your customers and collaborates with Kenvue experts to identify areas of opportunity and alignment to develop strategies that build joint business value
6. Ability to build and harvest great relationships both internally and externally to achieve strategic business objectives
