Why be a Junior CRM Manager at THG Beauty?
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior CRM Manager to support the Senior CRM Manager in delivering a successful growth strategy. With a commercial and creative mind, you’ll be responsible for the daily management and execution of the CRM calendar to achieve monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs. With a strong understanding of customer data, you will be confident using customer analytics to develop customer engagement and drive commercial value. Responsible for the management and development of 2 direct reports, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the CRM team during a key period of growth.
* Oversee the day-to-day management and execution of the email marketing calendar, championing personalization and continually optimizing with test-and-learn activity.
* Support the wider CRM team to achieve the monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs. A reactive mindset to identify gaps or opportunities and propose solutions.
* Launch and manage automated CRM campaigns to convert new subscribers and drive first to second purchase, working cross-functionally to uphold seamless customer journeys.
* Work in partnership with Marketing, Copy & Design to improve email templates for efficiency.
* Manage and develop the refer-a-friend program.
* Own day-to-day management of retail media requests, working alongside the CRM Manager to deliver commercial requests.
* Build relationships with the wider THG team to activate elements of the tech roadmap.
* Support the wider CRM team with email briefing, building, and scheduling.
* Manage and motivate 2 CRM executives to deliver campaigns and communications to meet targets.
* Stay abreast of the latest email technology and competitor activity to ensure Cult Beauty maximizes tools, adopts new functionality where available, and remains best-in-class in the beauty space.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
* 4+ years in a CRM role with some direct line-management experience.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and the beauty industry.
* Experience working with ESPs and dynamic content providers.
* Experience in creating email campaigns, including triggered multi-touch journeys across email and other CRM channels.
* Experience in understanding data and building segments of customers.
* Strategic thinker who can translate top-line objectives into initiatives that can drive results.
* Able to confidently draw strategic conclusions and recommendations from data.
* Highly articulate and confident communicator, both written and verbally.
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects with good time management.
